National Children’s Gardening Week

25 May – 2 June | 10:00 - 14:00

National Children’s Gardening Week aims to encourage children to enjoy and learn about gardening and there's no better place than to celebrate with us whilst the gardens are in full bloom!

Exploring nature has never been more exciting or rewarding. National Children's Gardening Week is a great chance to try something new at a time of year when the weather is perfect for it!

Enjoy Planting Fun in our Reception between 10:00 – 14:00

Free for Leonardslee members and non-members | Subject to availability | Free parking for Leonardslee members | Parking information

Planting Fun

Join us during May half-term and learn how to grow your own sunflower or runner bean to take home. Our planting station will show you a step-by-step guide on how to sow a seed and look after it until you have your very own sunflower or runner bean!

Explore Leonardslee

Pick up a children’s spring activity sheet from reception and explore the gardens. There’s plenty to see, take part in fun activities and connect with nature.

Are you ready for an adventure?
