Spring Walk with our Head Gardener

Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens is famous for its display of spring colour and our recently accredited national collection of Rhododendrons. Take a walk with our Head Gardener to discover more about what makes this garden so unique. 

Led by Head Gardener Jamie Harris, enjoy a two hour walk around our 240-acre estate as he guides you through our Grade I woodland gardens. Learn all about the hard work that goes into this spectacular garden and the unique areas of the Rock Garden, Camilia Walk, Loderi Garden, the Dell as well as our seven interlinking lakes.

£30 per person | £20 for Leonardslee members

About Jamie Harris

Jamie Harris joined Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens as Head Gardener in January 2020. Prior to this, he worked for the National Trust for 15 years, including roles as Head Gardener at Polesden Lacey in Surrey and Assistant Head Gardener at nearby Nymans as well as an Apprenticeship at Chartwell in Kent, the home of Sir Winston Churchill. Together with his team of 9 gardeners, 2 apprentices and a handful of dedicated garden volunteers, Jamie looks after our 240 acres of grade I listed gardens.
