Leonardslee Family Lates is going ahead as planned.

Due to today’s weather, live music has been moved indoors. Food and drink vendors will remain available, with access to the gardens continuing throughout the evening. Please dress appropriately for the weather.

Celebrate the final weeks of summer with an evening of live music, delicious street food and relaxed garden strolls at Leonardslee. This all-ages event is perfect for families, friends and couples alike with the Play Park open for younger visitors to enjoy while everyone soaks up the late summer atmosphere. Wander the gardens after hours, enjoy the sounds of live music and soak up the evening atmosphere across the estate.

Explore Leonardslee's beautiful summer gardens where colourful seasonal planting, peaceful lakes and winding woodland paths create the perfect setting for an evening stroll. Keep an eye out for the resident wallabies as you soak up the tranquillity of the estate after hours. 

Let the Little Ones Play

The Play Park will remain open until 20:00, giving younger visitors plenty of time to climb, slide and explore before the evening draws to a close. It's the perfect addition to a family evening out with space to play while you relax with live music, food and drinks nearby.

  What time can I arrive from?
  Doors will be open from 16:30, ready for you to explore the gardens. 

  Can I bring my children to this event?
  Yes, this is a family event for all ages.

  Can I bring my baby or infant?
  Yes, children under 2 are welcome.  

  Can I bring my dog?
  You can bring along your 4-legged friend, but please only do so if you are able to keep them on a lead! 

  Will I be able to leave my car overnight?
  You are welcome to leave your car, at your own risk. 

  What experiences will be available?
  Guests can enjoy live music, evening access to the beautiful gardens, delicious street food, Sussex sparkling wine and drinks plus the Play Park, which will remain open until 8:00pm for families.

  Will the buggy service be available?
  No, the buggy service will not be available during Leonardslee Lates.  

  Will the event still go on in wet weather conditions?
  Yes, we advise to dress for the weather. 

  Can I hire a mobility scooter or wheelchair?
  Unfortunately, mobility scooters and wheelchairs will not be available to hire for this event. However, you are very welcome to bring your own. We kindly ask that you review our accessibility guide before your visit to ensure everything runs smoothly.
