Leonardslee has always been a place where history and nature intertwine, and now we're introducing a playful twist! We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new play park, where nature meets play in the heart of Sussex.

Discover a world of immersive play experiences at our expansive play park, spanning 2500m2 and designed to captivate children of all ages. Parents can look forward to a day filled with creativity, adventure, and quality time spent alongside their little ones.
Fuel your child's imagination with a climb up the 5m multi-level champion tree and slide, where the sky's the limit for creativity. Conquer St Leonard's Dragon and ascend on its webbed wings or experience the thrill of a 32.5m zipline ride that promises excitement for the whole family. Build a teepee den, navigate balancing beams, and swing into joy on one of our many swings, including baskets, cradles, and more.

Our play park is not just a space for entertainment—it's an educational adventure seamlessly integrated into the school curriculum. Fostering imagination and promoting physical development, the park features inclusive areas, double-width slides, and Tango seats for intergenerational play, allowing parents and carers to join in the fun alongside their children.
LITTLE EXPLORERS
For the youngest members of the family, our dedicated junior area is tailored with toddlers and pre-schoolers in mind. Explore a miniature Leonardslee House, complete with a kitchen and double-width slide. The area is equipped with an easel, wallaby springers, talking tubes, and a basket swing, creating a safe and enjoyable space for everyone.

NATURE’S PLAYDATE
As part of our commitment to sustainability, the play park is seamlessly integrated into our estate, constructed with FSC certified and responsibly farmed Robinia wood, as well as Larch, chestnut and oak. This harmonious blend of play and nature connects the present with the rich history of Leonardslee, offering an environment where both new and old come together seamlessly.
THE HUT

Embark on a family adventure as you explore our 240-acre Grade I listed gardens! Unlock the gates to your imagination as you wander through the landscape, where log bridges beckon daring explorers to climb, and magical woodland paths invite you to follow which ever path you desire either keeping to the top parts of the garden or venturing down into the valley.
Discover a range of wildlife wonders – spot wild wallabies hopping about, observe colourful birds fluttering overhead and around the lakes, and if you are quiet enough, catch a glimpse of deer gracefully roaming the Deer Park. Nature comes alive at Leonardslee, offering families a chance to connect with the wonders of the great outdoors.
Experience the charm of a magical world in miniature at the Dolls’ House Museum, where Edwardian life is artfully depicted in 1:12 scale. View village shops, and imagine life in an Edwardian school, church with graveyard, and explore a country house, while witnessing the bustling activity of surrounding farm life. Families of all ages will unlock their imagination while learning about life in the early 1900s. It's a journey through time in a miniature world that brings history to life for the whole family.
