THE COURTYARD
A modern, versatile space with a warm, rustic feel, available for both daytime and evening events and comfortably accommodating up to 120 guests depending on layout.
THE WINE GARDEN
The Wine Garden is adjacent to The Courtyard and available to hire in addition, featuring an on-site bar via the Wine Hatch, which can be opened into the garden or facing outwards and operated privately for events.
THE CLOCKTOWER KITCHEN
A bright, airy space with a relaxed, contemporary feel, suitable for up to approximately 70 guests and available to hire in the evening only.
THE ENGINE HOUSE
Nestled within the valley of Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens, The Engine House is a picturesque outdoor space overlooking our lakes, ideal for relaxed daytime gatherings and intimate celebrations. The terrace accommodates approximately 25 seated guests or up to 40 standing, with canapé-style catering and drinks service available.
Please note: The Engine House is an outdoor-only venue, with the interior café used exclusively as a service area during events.
