LEONARDSLEEβS NATIONAL PLANT COLLECTION
Welcome to our National Plant Collection
We're absolutely obsessed with plants and the amazing diversity they bring to our environment! That's why we're thrilled to announce that we've been awarded the National Plant Collection by Plant Heritage for our jaw-dropping Loderi Rhododendrons. Our collection is not only one of the few in Sussex but also features all the Loderi hybrids, made famous by our plant-loving predecessor, Sir Edmund Loder.
The National Collection is like the VIP section of plant collections, carefully managed and maintained to preserve and promote the incredible diversity of plant species. It's an honor to be recognized and we take our responsibility seriously. By sharing our collection with the public, we hope to promote the importance of plant biodiversity and raise awareness of the vital role plants play in our environment. Find our hybrid lurking around the gardens and look out for our signage with the logo below, which will highlight their unique history and best flowering time!
