A new expression of Leonardslee sparkling wine has arrived. The Leonardslee Classic Cuvée, Multi-Vintage is now available to purchase from the Gardens Shop at Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens and online, offering a fresh way to enjoy the taste of the estate at home. 

Crafted from 48% Chardonnay, 46% Pinot Noir and 6% Pinot Meunier, this elegant English sparkling wine brings together seven carefully selected components across four vintages. Recent vintages provide freshness, fruit and vibrancy, while older reserve wines contribute greater complexity, texture and depth. 

A Cuvée with Character

After 24 months on lees, the Classic Cuvée balances youthful energy with a more developed sophistication. On the nose, expect fresh aromas of lemon, pear and orange blossom, followed by notes of warm brioche and subtle nuttiness. 

Fine, delicate bubbles create an elegant mousse, leading to a palate that is mineral-driven and vibrant, with Granny Smith apple-like acidity alongside layers of berry, peach and grapefruit. The finish is refined, fresh and precise.

The Classic Cuvée reflects more than the character of the wine. It is an expression of the estate and the landscape in which our vines grow. 

Sustainability is central to Leonardslee Family Vineyards, with a focus on regenerative viticulture, soil health and biodiversity. Our vineyards are managed with minimal soil disturbance and reduced inputs, while cover crops and mulching help enrich the soil and support the wider ecosystem. Leonardslee is also a certified member of Sustainable Wines of Great Britain.
