Meet Our Wallabies
You can visit the wallaby enclosure, from 12:00 -12:15 daily to see the feeding of the wallabies and baby joeys. Keep your eyes peeled; we have some wild wallabies roaming through our gardens.
Did you know?
Wallabies are most active around dusk and dawn, meaning that the correct term is crepuscular; however, they are also classified as nocturnal.
Explore Nature Trails and Lakeside Walks
Let little ones roam wild on woodland paths, spot dragonflies skimming the lakes, and discover wildlife hiding in every corner of the gardens.
With seven tranquil lakes to visit, there is no end to the adventures you and your family can find within our Grade I listed gardens. You can find our walking trails in the seasonal guides, be sure to collect yours from the reception desk.
A World of Nature & Play in Sussex
Perfect for young adventurers, our play area is a great way for kids to let off steam between activities or burn off the energy they have throughout the day.
Spanning 2500m2 our play park is designed to captivate children of all ages, with 5m multi-level champion tree and slide, where the sky’s the limit for creativity and so much more for your little ones to conquer, even with a dedicated junior area tailored with toddlers and preschoolers in mind!
