Parking for buses and cars is available at the entrance of Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens. Disabled parking is located in the car park. Disabled passengers may be set down at the ticket office before car is parked in the car park.
Open water warning:
For your safety, please be warned that there are a number of unfenced ponds in the garden. It is not advisable to leave children or dependents unsupervised. The location of these ponds are shown on the map and within our leaflet.
Access for wheelchair users:
The upper section of Leonardslee Gardens i.e. entrance, restaurants, gift shops, Dolls House Exhibition, wallaby enclosure, and The Rock Garden, are wheelchair friendly. Access to the lower parts of Leonardslee require using woodland paths which may not be suitable for wheelchairs, depending on the weather conditions. Please be aware that many of these slopes are steep and wheelchairs users may need assistance. We are currently trialing options to make our paths more accessible and will release more details as we make progress.
There are parking and toilet facilities available for wheelchair users.
Well behaved dogs are allowed in our gardens but please keep in mind that Leonardslee Lakes and Gardens is home to many wild creatures. Dogs may disturb them and our other visitors so please ensure that dogs are kept on leads at all times.
