Autumn Workshops at Leonardslee: Creativity, Nature & More

As autumn settles into the gardens, Leonardslee becomes a source of inspiration for a season of creative workshops and experiences.

October begins with Botanical Printing on 5 October and Autumn Landscape Painting on 8–9 October. Then on 10 October, Autumn Blooms: Cupcake Decorating brings the colours of the season into the kitchen.

There’s plenty to discover outdoors too. Forest Bathing on 11 October offers a slower way to experience the woodland, while our Head Gardener leads Autumn Walks on 14 and 22 October. Later in the month, the Autumn Fungi Walks on 21 and 29 October invite you to explore the woodland in search of marvellous mushrooms.

For younger visitors, Little Crafters on 15 October brings a touch of Halloween creativity, while Beginners Photography on 16 October offers a chance to discover the gardens from a different perspective.

With garden entry included, these experiences offer a lovely way to enjoy Leonardslee as the season changes whether you’re looking to get creative, learn something new or simply spend time among the autumn colour.
