Halloween for Younger Children in Sussex
Looking for something fun to do with younger children this Halloween? The Potion Master’s Quest offers a magical day out at Leonardslee with a self-led trail, autumn gardens to explore and plenty of family-friendly activities along the way.
Halloween Without the Scares
The Potion Master's Quest is aimed at children aged 2–11, making it a lovely choice for families who want to introduce younger children to Halloween. The trail costs £2.50 per participating member child or £3 per non-member child.
Rather than a spooky fright trail, the focus is on imagination and exploration. Children can dress up, with costumes encouraged, follow the story and uncover clues as they make their way through the gardens.
Time to Get Creative
The day can include more than just the trail. Free Halloween crafts give children the chance to sit down and create something of their own, while the Play Park offers space for more energetic fun.
And with the gardens to explore between, there's no shortage of ways to enjoy the day!
