From Gardens to Glass: A wine experience that starts outdoors

Most wine tastings begin when the first glass is poured. From Gardens to Glass begins earlier.

The two-hour experience at Leonardslee has been created to connect the wines with the estate around them. Your visit starts with a guided walk through the gardens, giving you time to experience Leonardslee as a place before returning to the story of Leonardslee Family Vineyards in The Drawing Room.

The route is part of what makes the experience different. Leonardslee is known for its Grade I listed woodland gardens, lakes and mature landscape, and the changing seasons give every visit a slightly different character. In autumn, that might mean turning foliage and softer light across the estate.

After the guided walk, the focus moves to the wines. You will taste three samples from Leonardslee Family Vineyards while learning more about the range and the estate story.

From Gardens to Glass is £65 per person and includes full-day garden entry, so there is no need to rush away when the two-hour guided element finishes. Depending on your booked session, you can explore more of Leonardslee before or after the experience.

It is suited to couples, friends, English-wine enthusiasts and anyone looking for a day out in West Sussex that offers more than a standard garden visit or standalone tasting.

From Gardens to Glass runs Thursday - Sunday at 10:00–12:00 and 15:00–17:00. Pre-booking is required.
